In all engines repaired in our Service Center, special Deutz apparatuses are used and all bolts are mounted in the form of torque+degrees. Our company uses only original Deutz spare parts, semi-synthetic Deutz engine oil, Deutz coolant, and Deutz fuel cleaning additive.
Before the service, after receiving information about the engine serial number and malfunction, our customers are informed about the estimated parts and labor prices that can be used. For the services provided to the engines within the scope of the warranty, our customers are not required to pay upfront fees, etc. A fee is demanded only if the warranty issue is not accepted by Germany Deutz A.G. Before the service is performed within the warranty period, only a payment undertaking is requested from our customers. In case our end-user customers and Machinery Manufacturers call the office department of our service center regarding engine failure, they are also provided with technical information support.
